This policy applies to all purchases made through ainsunnah.ae or authorized UAE sales channels.

Exchange Policy (Sizing / Fit / Style):

We offer exchanges only for sizing, fit, or style preferences on:
Thobes / Jubbas
Shemaghs / Headwear
Slippers
Tasbeeh / Accessories

You may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

The item must be:
✔ Unused and unworn
✔ In original packaging
✔ With all original tags intact
✔ Clean and undamaged

Please try clothing items over undergarments for hygiene.

Refund Policy:

Refunds are only provided in the case of:

Wrong item delivered
Manufacturing defect
Product not as described on our website
(Please Note: Slight variations in color may occur due to studio lighting and device screen settings. These will not be considered defects.)
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless AinSunnah UAE is responsible for the error.

Return Shipping Costs:

If the exchange is due to personal preference (size, style, color), the customer pays return shipping.
If the item is defective or wrong, AinSunnah UAE covers the shipping fee.

Return & Exchange Process:

1. Contact our support team within 14 days at support@ainsunnah.ae with your order number.
2. We will guide you on preparing and shipping the return.
3. Once inspected and approved, we will process the exchange or refund within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items:

Used, washed, altered, or damaged products
Items missing packaging, tags, or accessories
Hygiene‑compromised headwear

Important Notes:

AinSunnah UAE reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet policy conditions.
This policy follows UAE Consumer Protection Law.
